Clarification Deadline: 2/18/2022 5:00 PM Selective demolition and reconstruction of restroom facilities at Memorial Park. Install new ceiling, wall and floor finishes, new concrete landings and mechanical room floor, connect water service line, install hot water heater and piping, replace and upgrade lighting and install new restroom toilets, Restrooms urinals and sinks as further described in the project plans. Award to the lowest responsible Bidder is anticipated on March 7, 2022 at a scheduled 7:30 PM Borough Council meeting. An Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds will be provided by the Successful Bidder to PB upon the awarding of the Bid; and proof of insurance as required by the Contract Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
