**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Harrisblacktopping Inc, with an awarded amount of $65,569.45.** Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the Instructions for Submitting Electronic Bids set forth in the Bid Packet, including, but not limited to, a Bid Bond (issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in Pennsylvania), Bank Money Order, or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to PB; an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds will be provided by the Successful Bidder to PB upon the awarding of the Bid; and proof of insurance as required by the Contract Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. PB reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
