Delivery Point County of Macomb, 44900 Vic Wertz Dr, Clinton Township, MI 48036 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/15/2022 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Project consists of, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of damaged sections of the existing curtain wall and/or removal and reinstallation of portions of undamaged curtain wall to complete work, replacement of glass, entry doors, revolving door, restoration of existing terrazzo flooring, replacement of existing walk off mat, and associated electrical work. An alternate to replace the revolving door with a pair of entry doors with associated new terrazzo work and waterproofing work and associated work is being solicited. Work shall begin immediately after award and completely in an expeditious manner. Contractor shall separate work area from remainder of Lobby during construction. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 $ - Payment Bond 100 %
