The project is expected to be awarded before the end of September. ** The intent of the State of Good Repair (SOGR) program is to efficiently complete in-suite repairs, in communities where a high volume of repair needs have been identified within tenant's units. The successful proponent will be required to perform bulk general repair work for approximately 176 units within the 55-77 Rankin Crescent community in Toronto (Dev. # 196). The project scope includes, but is not limited to: - full kitchen replacement; - partial kitchen replacement; - cabinet repairs; - bathroom repairs; - bathroom renovations; - plumbing fixture replacements; - in-suite shut-off valve replacements; - wall repairs; - door repairs/replacement; - flooring upgrades/ repairs; - painting of assigned areas; - plaster /drywall repairs; and - minor electrical repairs/replacements. A detailed scope of work for each unit participating in the program has been provided. All assigned work is to be completed in accordance with Appendix A - Scope of Work and Specifications. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 55-77 Rankin Cres.
