Site work for a water / sewer project in Newton, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Newton is seeking statements of qualifications from professional civil engineering firms to provide surveying, planning, engineering design, permitting, bidding assistance, which includes plans and specifications, as well as construction contract administration and part time observation, from firms interested in providing engineering services related to sanitary sewer gravity line extension. The purpose of the project is to extend sanitary sewer from an existing twelve-inch gravity sewer main to the intersection of East NC 10 Hwy & NC HWY 16. Scope of work will be along North Carolina Department of Transportation right of way and private properties. Estimated length of project is 5,100 LF.
