The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified vendors interested in Golf Course Driving Range for the Eagle Pass Golf Course. The CITY seeks to select and potentially enter into contract with a qualified person, firm or corporation to provide design and construction of the City of Eagle Pass Golf Course Driving Range as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Award will be made based on the evaluation criteria as stated herein. This RFP shall provide interested Proposers the information needed to prepare and submit CSP for consideration by the CITY. The CITY reserves the right to negotiate with all licensed individuals or companies that submit proposals in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. All attachments must be filled and completed with submission. If any attachment is missing or is not complete, your proposal will be disqualified.
