The Finance Department will solicit quotations for the Backflow & cross connecting control program done on all City of Eagle Pass Parks and Recreations. The total estimated number of parks and recreation areas is 22. The quote shall include a set schedule for service delivery during our FY2022-2023 that begins on October 1, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2023. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right, for any reason and at any time, to accept or reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities and/or irregularities, to be the sole judge of quality of workmanship, to waive any minor specification, to negotiate the terms of specifications for the project, to modify any part of the request, to issue a new request for quotes, and to award the contract in a manner which best serves the interests of the City according to the best judgment of the City.
