The City of Eagle Pass will solicit quotations for the HVAC Preventive Maintenance Service on all City of Eagle Pass Facilities and Ice Machine Maintenance. The total estimated number of facilities is 20 of various dimensions with multiple HVAC Units per facility. The quote shall include a set schedule for service delivery during our FY2022-2023 that begins on October 1st, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2023. Only Acceptable forms of proposal delivery include Mail-in or Hand Delivery to City Hall 100 S. Monroe Eagle Pass, TX 78852. Please include a USB with Electronic PDF file of the proposal. The City shall not be responsible for failure of electronic equipment or operator error. Late, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise non-responsive quotes will not be considered.
