Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belmont, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Electrical Trade Contractors for the Belmont Middle and High School, Belmont , MA, to furnish and install Photo Voltaic (PV) Panels. PV Panel installation atop the roofs of the new High School and Middle School, and tie the PV system into the Building Electrical system. The high school section of the project was completed in September 2021 and Phase 2 Middle School is now under construction with substantial completion anticipated in July 2023. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: 9/6/22 Estimated Overall Construction Cost: $254,000,000 Estimated Project Duration: 48 Months (Phase 1 & 2 – Phase 2 Completes 9/1/23) The Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) participation goal for this project is a combined goal of 10.4%.
