Project consists of removing and replacing concrete walks and driveways at 6 scattered sites in, Lincoln, Nebraska The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking a contractor to remove and replace concrete walks and driveways at six (6) locations scattered in Arnold Heights, Lincoln, Nebraska. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularity in any proposal received. Form of Contract shall be a Purchase Order issued by the Lincoln Housing Authority Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Regulations apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the next Bidder if a Contractor awarded the Bid fails to make complete and correct post bid submittals within the above listed seven days after award of the bid. The Owner will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
