Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lincoln, Nebraska. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 8, 2022, bids were canceled. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** For providing the following: Sidewalk Repair Project Questions concerning this proposal process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. 1093998 7:29 ZNEZ Locations for sidewalk and pavement removal, and concrete replacement will be determined in the field with coordination between the Contractor and the Project Manager. Sidewalk and curb ramps must be poured back within three (3) working days after removal, unless granted additional time by the Project Manager. Work shall be phased to allow for pedestrian access on one side of Centennial Mall at all times. The Contractor shall not be allowed to have any portion of the sidewalk closed, or any lane closures in place, during any of the UNL home football games. Any restrictions to access shall be coordinated with the City's Project Manager. Access for emergency vehicles shall be maintained at all times. The Contractor shall notify all businesses and property owners a minimum of 7-days in advance of any street closures or changes in access to their properties during the work on this project
