Work includes reconstructing / replacing stone wing walls, re-pointing stone mortar joints, new concrete cut-off walls under stone wingwalls, patching existing culverts, concrete sidewalk replacement and curb, new scour walls, bypass pumping, erosion control and stabilization. The unit prices will be per the contract amount and will not be adjusted for potential adjusted quantities Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of ten percent of the bid, all as posted through portal ,A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
