Reference number : 1622616 Review Title : Emptying and transportation of septic tank sludge from the territory of the MRC Beauce-Sartigan Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Emptying and transportation of septic tank sludge from the territory of the MRC Beauce-Sartigan The City of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce is requesting quotes for the emptying and transport of septic tank sludge from the MRC Beauce-Sartigan according to the following options: Option 1: 3-year contract for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 Option 2: 4-year contract for the years 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The documents necessary for the tender will be available only through the electronic tendering system or order by telephone at the toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 (notice number: 1622402). Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. A bid security equivalent to $50,000 in the form of a bond, certified check or bank draft must accompany the bid. This contract is subject to the ACCQO, the AQNB and the ALEC. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
