Site work for a water / sewer project in Kewa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The project work includes the replacement through realignment of 10,500 LF of 8", 10", and 15" existing sewer through open trench, replacement of 132 LF of 10" existing sewer through pipe bursting, and 200 LF of 8" through jack and bore beneath irrigation ditches and BIA roads. Work also includes reconnecting of 7,750 LF of 4" sewer service connections with 118 clean outs; and installation of 65 new manholes, requiring abandonment of 37 existing manholes, removal and disposal of 2 existing manholes, while cutting, caping, and abandoning of existing sewer and sewer service connections .Please follow the return instructions on each project-specific Acknowledgement of Receipt Form. It is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain all amendments/addenda from the website prior to the bid opening. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
