Site work for a water / sewer project in Kewa, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project work includes but not limited reviewing the existing Engineering Design for Phase 2 and proposing adjustments as needed to the existing sewer line through realignment, replacement by pipe bursting and/or trenching, sewer manhole replacement and/or rehabilitation, sewer services, and sewer service connections with clean outs. There will be two (2) crossings of the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District irrigation ditches (to be done during no flow conditions) and one (1) crossing of a Bureau of Indian Affairs road. In addition to Project Description above, services will include bid and award services, construction administration and construction observation. The Offeror selected will assist in the selection of a construction contractor by assembling the bid packages, coordinating advertisements, running the pre-bid meeting, attending the bid opening, assist in evaluating the bids for responsiveness and assembling the oid tab. Work also includes the abandonment of existing manholes, removal and disposal of exist-ing manholes, while cutting, caping, and abandoning of ex-isting sewer and sewer service connections. Vibration monitoring is required with the pipe bursting and compaction to monitor possible impact to structures. The Offeror shall ensure that utility conflicts with waterlines and other buried utilities are identified by field confirmation. The Offeror must always preserve and protect from damage, any adjoining property and/or existing utilities. Proposals will be mainly evaluated based on 1) Firms Qualifications, Relevant Experience, and References; 2) Pro- posed Team; 3) Detailed Work Plan; 4) Pricing Response. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
