The project includes but is not limited to Construction Administration and observation services for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project B - Entrance Works Facility and Primary Lift Station (Refer to RFP package for complete scope of services). This is one of three phases of the new wastewater treatment plant for Santo Domingo Pueblo. Project B is planned to be constructed concurrently with WWTP Projects A and C. Project A is currently under construction with an estimated completion date of late 2026 and consists of overall development of the 19-acre WWTP site, new wastewater facilities, administration building, and transfer station. Project B will occupy the Project A site for construction of a new Entrance Works Facility, new lift station, and all related electrical, mechanical, piping, and sitework. The Project is funded by the US Department of Agriculture Rural Development and will adhere to all USDA-RD requirements. The Work involves constructing Project B of the Santo Domingo Pueblo Wastewater Treatment Plant and Site Improvements. Projects A (WWTP and Site Development) and C (Dewatering and Disinfection Facilities), which will complete the WWTP, are to be constructed by others concurrently with Project B; construct Entrance Works Facility, including cast-in-place concrete channel structures equipped with cylindrical fine screen, manual bypass screen, Parshall flume, open channel isolation gates, down-opening weir gates, dual gravity grit channels, ventilation system equipped with biofilter for odor control. Entrance Works Building: CMU building with wood truss roof building, approximately 91' x 21' W x 17' parapet height. Primary Lift Station: Install three 25 HP influent pumps in wet well, check valves and isolation valves in valve vault, jib crane, and controls equipment with variable frequency drives; construct new yard piping throughout the Project B site connecting to yard piping constructed under Project A, including washwater, gravity sewer, force main, drain lines, and natural gas; install electrical sitework; install electrical, instrumentation, controls, and supervisory equipment to serve equipment throughout the Project B area; and construct sitework throughout the Project B area.
