REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROPOSAL DEADLINE: FRIDAY,FEBRUARY 21, 2025 BY 11:59 PM MST Santo Domingo Puebloinvites proposals from qualified firms for the following Scope ofWork: Structural Assessment of two historic buildings to determinewhether or not the buildings can be repaired and restored. Seeattached photos and maps for further details. Funding for thisproject is provided by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). SCOPE OF WORK Deliverable will include thefollowing components: 1.On-site structural assessment of twohistoric buildings to determine whether or not the buildings can berepaired and restored 2.Recommendations for restoration 3.Costestimates for repairs and restoration 4.Design 5.Project schedulePROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ANDEVALUATION A maximum of 100 points are possible in evaluatingeach proposal. The Selection Committee may conduct interviews.Proposals are limited to 20 pages. Required contents to bedeemed responsive and included in the evaluation phase, albidders must submit proposals containing the following elements:A. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF CONSULTANT(MAX. 25 POINTS) 1.Provide a general description of the firmproposed to lead the effort 2.Describe the firm’s history,qualifications and relevant experience, including past work withTribal governments, to conduct the services described in the scopeof work. 3.Describe key personnel including their experience androle in the project 4.Provide three (3) professional references:Including Name of Organization, Name of Primary Contact, Title ofPrimary Contact, Phone Number(s) and Email address.References must be related to the professional scope of workcontained within this RFP. 5.Describe any potential conflicts ofinterest B. RESPONSIVENESS TO THE PROPOSAL INCLEARLY STATING AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK TOBE PERFORMED (MAX. 25 POINTS) 1.Comprehensive of workplan for the project 2.Degree to which the proposal demonstratesexperience working with Tribal governments C. PROJECTSCHEDULE (MAX. 20 POINTS) 1.Provide a detailed projectschedule outlining the scope of work completion by taskdescription and projected duration 2.Reasonableness of overaltime estimates as for each major section of the work to beperformed as related to the work product required and thedeadlines and milestones involved. D. PROJECT BUDGET (MAX.22 POINTS) 1.Description of ability to perform the work on adeliverable and reimbursement basis 2.Detailed budget narrativeincluded estimated hours and rate per task 3.All work proposalsshould include Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) at the current rate of6.125% 4.The consultant shall furnish all personnel, equipment,services, materials and transportation necessary to perform thework required to deliver the items or services in accordance withthe Scope of Work and terms and conditions of the contract.
