Site work for a water / sewer project in Kewa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The estimated construction cost is $400k-700k. The Santo Domingo Tribe ("Owner") is soliciting bids for Construction of SP88 Drainage Improvements. Bidders must be able to provide all materials and personnel necessary to construct the proposed drainage improvements project per project drawings and specifications in a timely and economical manner. Description of Project: The project is for construction of approximately 712 linear feet of drainage channel improvements. The work includes earthwork, riprap, concrete dip crossing and Concrete Block Revetment (CBR) bank protection. NMDOT standard specifications will govern. Questions will be accepted until the close of business on Friday, November 19, 2021. Responses to questions will be issued via Addenda by Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to delete portions of bids depending on availability of funds, to waive technicalities, to make any investigations deemed necessary of a bidder's ability to perform the work covered by the specifications and to accept what in judgment of the Owner is the best bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
