It is anticipated that this study will be funded with Federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) funds through the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NC DEQ) State Reserve for Study/Planning Grant. Federal terms and conditions will apply. All proposal forms must be properly executed and submitted as part of the proposal. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
