Project Overview: To solicit bids from qualified firms to establish an annual/term contract, which furnishes all tools, labor, and equipment necessary to provide inside delivery of Water Treatment Chemicals to the County of Gloucester Department of Public Utilities, Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards for each chemical from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference is NOT scheduled for this solicitation. Questions: Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Buyer not later than October 7th, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred).
