Force Main Installation Please note that facsimile, telegraph, email or bids not enclosed in a sealed envelope will not be opened or considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the ADA Coordinator at (863) 298-5458 forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Lake Alfred Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for 5% of the maximum Bid amount. Each BID shall be submitted in duplicate originals in one sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the bid date and time on the outside along with the following information: "BID FOR CITY OF LAKE ALFRED FORCE MAIN INSTALLATION - PHASE 1". All questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to Allen C. Lane, P.E. of CPH via email: alane@cphcorp.com. Questions will not be answered after April 21, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part with or without cause, to waive technicalities, or to accept the bid(s) which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner.
