Furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining repairs of sanitary sewer pipes as specified in the contract documents, including proper waste disposal, traffic control, cleaning, CCTV inspection, temporary operations, temporary flow bypass, testing and utility coordination associated with the schedule of work described on the Bid Form. 2. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. 4 The email subject line shall read, "Dundee CIPP Sewer Repair Project". The email shall include the necessary Bid documents in pdf format. The First-tier Subcontractor Form is due two hours after bid closing in accordance with Oregon Law. First-Tier Subcontractor Form may be delivered via email as well. 5. Bid security made payable to the Owner is required to accompany each bid. Bid security shall be in the form of a cashier's or certified check or a Bid Bond as required by the Bid Security Document following the Bid Form. 6. Oregon Public Contracting Laws. Bidders are required to comply with applicable bidding and contracting procedures and all applicable State of Oregon Public Works contracting rules and regulations. 7. Schedule Coordination. The anticipated Notice to Proceed is August 15th 2022. 8. Owner Reservations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid. 9.
