Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hartland, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists generally of the removal, dewatering and disposal of approximately 1980 cubic metres of in-situ sludge from the Town of Hartland's wastewater treatment lagoon. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call Dillon's Fredericton office at 506-444-8820. Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person pickup and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Hartland in the amount of Ten (10) percent of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Bonding shall be in strict conformance with the Construction Remedies Act. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Hartland reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. awrd is subject to final approval.
