TOWN OF DOUGLAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT 56 Main Street Douglas, MA 01516 (508)476-3378 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS The Town of Douglas, Highway Department, requests sealed bids for 2022 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, PAVEMENT SURFACING, for the project with an estimated value of $1,083.056.25 will be required. Bid documents will be available beginning July 20, 2022. Bid packages will be available on the Town of Douglas website. The Town of Douglas reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the Town. Wage rates are subject to M.G.L., Ch. 149, S 26-260 inclusive, along with a minority employee percentage rate of not less than 5%. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked in the lower left hand corner with the number of the specific items bid on listed.
