Renovation of a municipal facility in Douglas, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of: Providing a new 150 Kw diesel stand-by generator (with a level II steel sound enclosure, concrete pad, and internal muffler) and removing/legally disposing of the existing generator and associated exhaust; new 800A Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) (with a concrete pad and control/signal cables to the ATS from the generator and from the TS to new remote annunciator); and new underground feeders and control wiring between new generator and new ATS. Providing new underground feeder from ATS to existing 800A MDP, intercepting/extending existing feeders to normal side of ATS from existing transformer, core drilling, trenching, back filling, sealing all wall penetrations, and restoration of site work to existing conditions or better. Demo and remove old stand-by generator, install new in new location, including fuel supply and electrical connections
