Blue River East Improvements Base Bid: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, other facilities, supervision and means of construction for the Improvements at the Blue River East Campus as presented in the work items within this project manual. Alternates: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, other facilities, supervision and means of construction for the Improvements at the Blue River East Campus as presented in the work items within this project manual. Question Deadline 07/25/2022 at 12:00 PM CT The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in bids, to reject any or all bid, or accept any bids as may be deemed to its interest, and to award by item, combination of items or lots, and/or to cancel this bid. MCC also reserves the right to make multiple awards. Work shall commence after notice to proceed has been issued by Owner's Director of Facility Services. It is anticipated that All Landscape work in the base bid and any alternates accepted by Metropolitan Community College should be Substantially Complete by March 31, 2023 and Finally Complete by April 14, 2023. It is anticipated that All Other work in the base bid and any alternates accepted by Metropolitan Community College should be Substantially Complete by November 18, 2022 and Finally Complete by December 2, 2022. These dates are the latest expected dates and could be sooner depending on weather conditions
