The District intends to secure temporary services haul and land apply lime stabilized dewatered municipal biosolids from the Atherton Wastewater Treatment Plant during a planned outage of a biosolids incinerator to one or more locations as determined by the bidder. It is anticipated that this outage will take place in the fall of 2022 and last for approximately 6 weeks. The wastewater facility operates 24/7. Typical dewatering schedule is 16 hours per day/7 days per week. No Pre-Bid Conference Available All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the little blue valley sewer district staff or officials other than the specified contact person. Little blue valley sewer district hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive irregularities therein. Bidders/respondents agree rejection or waiver is without liability by the district for claims or damages because of rejection or waiver, and to seek no recourse against the district therefore. Submission of a bid/proposal shall constitute agreement by the bidder/respondent to the above conditions.
