The Hayward Community School District is requesting bids for snow plowing at the Hayward High School, Hayward Middle School, Hayward Intermediate School, Hayward Primary School and the Work Force Development Center. The District will require snow removal services on accumulations of three quarters of an inch or more for all parking lots, circle drives and roadways, but may require additional (salt/sand) services on a call in basis. Successful bidder will be required to have equipment and personnel to ensure the facilities will be plowed and ready for service prior to scheduled bus arrival times. Contractor will be responsible to identify and mark obstructions and borders to minimize damage to turf and buried objects. Interested bidders will be required to provide a list of equipment and personnel they have for snow removal and the hourly rate for that equipment. List should demonstrate the bidders ability to supply the services required in the time available. Proof of insurance will also be required.
