Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Hayward, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University (LCOOU) seeks architectural and engineering services for its planned new campus. LCOOU proposed new campus is planned to consist of a whole new campus located to the north of the existing campus. All projects will be funded in whole or in part partially utilizing federal funds and as such will be subject to the corresponding rules and time limits regarding that fundings use. The LCOOU hereby notifies all bidders that businesses owned and controlled by Native Americans, minorities or women will be afforded preferences as further defined by University Policy, Tribal Codes and Federal regulations.
