All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. 2. Work must be accomplished in-accordance with the most recent publication of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet Specifications for Roadways and Bridges. 3. All work will be subject to the direction, inspection and approval of the City of Russell or their duly appointed representative. 4. Contractors shall carry the necessary insurance as required by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. 5. Successful bidder must show evidence of liability, property damage and workman's Compensation insurances. 6. The City of Russell reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and make awards in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Russell.
