This project involves the preparation of design and construction documents and estimates for the build/fit out of two standard medical practice offices with a shared waiting area, utilizing 10,000 square feet of shelled space. The project scope totals $3,500,000.00, with a construction budget of $3,215,000.00, and the consultant's cost estimate submittals for the project are not to exceed the specified amount. The project requires the preparation of documents for Phases 1/2 (combined) and Phase 3 in accordance with university and Medical Center standards and procedures. All submittals must be concise, focusing on specific project examples relevant to the scope, and must address all listed evaluation criteria for firm qualifications, team experience, and project management experience. Each submittal should include an executive summary and clearly outline the roles of all project team members, including sub-consultants, for all phases from programming through contract administration. Seven hard copies of the proposal must be provided. Submittals received after the deadline will not be reviewed, and UK Kings Daughters reserves the right to select from proposals without conducting interviews.
