Renovation of a medical facility in Russell, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,200-square-foot medical facility.

The King's Daughters Medical Center Wound Center Relocation is located at 1000 Ashland Drive, Russell, KY 41 169. The space is currently unoccupied. The scope of work is detailed in the contract documents. Scope includes modification to approximately 3200 SF of space with the basement of the UK KDMC Health Park. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be One Hundred Fifty (150) consecutive calendar days from the date of the executed contract. Total completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional. Total completion shall be 180 days from the date of the executed contract. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions. King's Daughters Medical Center, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Medical Center may be served.
