The City of Hillsboro ("City") seeks to purchase physical shelter pod structures that provide alternative non-congregate sheltering options for use by those who are currently living unsheltered. The City initially intends to purchase pods to house and provide basic needs for approximately 35 individuals. We reserve the right to buy additional pods for future sites as a result of this RFP. Depending on the success of the pods purchased, we may standardize on the pods selected. The scope of the work does not include installation. We have intentionally included language in this RFP to allow the resultant contract to potentially be used cooperatively by other public agencies
