Site work for a civil project in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project site is located in Elm Grove Village Park. The site may be accessed via pedestrian paths from either Legion Drive or parking lots within the park. In general, this project, located on Underwood Creek, includes bioengineered bank stabilization and revegetation to stabilize an eroding bank on Underwood Creek near manholes for a sanitary sewer line. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Access development and erosion, sediment, and pollution control. Diversion of Underwood Creek around the active work area and local dewatering of the work area. Earthwork to excavate the proposed bank to subgrade and construct the proposed bank treatments. Installation of stone and Fabric Encapsulated Soil Lifts on the bank Surface Fabric and Straw Blanket installation. Planting, seeding, and site restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email (njordan@interfluve.com) by July 27, 2022. Interpretations or clarifications in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda e-mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by QuestCDN as having received the Bidding Documents by July 29, 2022. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
