Hudson River Park Trust (the "Trust") is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for construction services for the Pier 26 Science Play Area within Hudson River Park ("Park"). The scope consists of the installation of paving, landscaping, fencing, site furnishings, safety surfacing, play equipment, lighting, and utilities. The contractor shall be experienced in all aspects of the services. Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts. The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A and the regulations promulgated there under.
