Renovation of a military facility in Kure Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of August 26, 2022 project's bid date was moved from August 23rd to September 6th at 2:00 PM EST Project scope consists of the complete renovation of the interior of Building 122 including removal of all interior fixtures and finishes. Existing building is 2,200 SF, new plumbing, mechanical and electrical shall be installed along with new interior finishes and improvements to thermal and moisture barriers, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. solicitation - 8302-210800 In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the Owner for this project: Alternate No. 6: Building Automation System (BAS) by Hoffman Controls Alternate No. 7: Door Hardware Cores by Dormakaba USA Alternate No. 8: Signage by Precision Signage Contact for Bid Documents inquiries is Cynthia Turner at cynthiaturner@ls3p.com.
