Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cass Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of August 15, 2022. Project has been awarded to Construction Masters Services, LLC amounting $202,396.93 The project includes milling, bituminous patching and other roadway improvements along Keystone Boulevard in Cass and Foster Township. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. Bid results will be available online. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Highridge Industrial Development Authority (HIDA), negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. Pennsylvania Wage Rates apply for the project. This bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11. All submitted bids shall be accompanied with the Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all items or portions thereof or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Owner. No bidder shall withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/4/2022 12:00 PM
