1. The Contractor shall furnish one (1) Generac Mobile Diesel Generator Sets model MDG75DF4. Specification shown in Exhibit A. Proposed cost includes preparation, shipping, offloading at city facility, and one hour of training from contractor, all in accordance with the documents attached herein. The general scope of work includes but not limited to the following: 2. All work shall be performed using skilled professionals and shall be executed in workmanlike manner in accordance with best standards and practices of the trade. Any repairs, if required, shall be repaired in kind by skilled professionals of the trades involved at no additional cost to the City. 3. Contractor shall deliver all manuals, keys, passwords, and other documentation to City upon delivery generators. 4. Training, performed by Contractor, shall include transporting, connection, startup, servicing, storage, instrumentation, and alarms. Bid Bond None The City reserves the right to: 1. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City.
