Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and parking garage.

The overall work scope will consist of, but not limited, to site demolition and excavation to allow for the installation of stone base, asphalt parking area and drive, storm detention swale, storm sewer lines connecting to existing storm drainage system, new parking lot post mounted light fixtures, concrete sidewalks, curbs, landscape islands, landscaping, grading and hydroseeding of site. All work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Project Estimates: Base Bid-Parking Lot Expansion: $410,000 ADD Alternate 01 - Additional 11 parking spaces/1 landscape island: $ 50,000 ADD Alternate 02 - Additional 5 parking spaces on Dr. McAuley's Court: $ 80,000 Bidders shall not be responsible for paying taxes on materials incorporated into the structure.
