The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the maintenance and snow removal for the 2022/2023 winter season in ward 3 - Saint-Basile. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond, a bank draft or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender annual price a bank draft, a Certified Check or Letter of Guaranty in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender annual price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
