The City of Greenacres, Florida is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified with the necessary personnel, experience, training, equipment, and shop facilities, for a possible multi-year HVAC (heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning) and ice machine contract to perform repair services as needed and at various municipal facilities in the City. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the agreement to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the proposal specifications. Proposers may withdraw their proposals by notifying the City in writing at any time prior to the deadline for proposal submittal. After the deadline, the proposal will constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of ninety (90) days. Once opened, proposals become a record of the City and will not be returned to the proposers.
