Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Greenacres, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Interested parties should contact the construction manager for bidding documents. Construction is anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2022. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall provide deferred maintenance, renovation and repairs to school facilities which may include, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC system, lighting replacement (interior and exterior), paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required by the OWNER. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 6A-2 and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall prepare all Project Documents in accordance with the requirements stated in Department of Education's Chapter 6A-2, SREF and FAC.
