Chesterfield County is not currently accepting electronic submissions of this solicitation type. Electronic submissions for this solicitation will not be considered. Inquiries must be received no later than August 17, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction. All prices shall be F.O.B. Destination: Various Chesterfield County Public Schools Locations Freight, delivery costs, and incidental charges shall be included. The initial term of this contract shall be effective from Date of Contract execution through August 31, 2023. Contract Renewal (requirements contract based on unit prices) This contract may be renewed by the County for four successive one-year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract except as stated in subsections i. and ii. below. Price increases may be negotiated only at the time of renewal. Upon a determination by the County to renew this contract for an additional term, written notification will be given to the Contractor.
