Renovation of a water / sewer project in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
I. PURPOSE The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one company to Remove an existing Trane HVAC System and Replace with new HVAC System at Central Virginia Correctional Unit#13 Wastewater Treatment Plant. (WWTP). II. SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS (SPECIFICATIONS) The Contractor shall: o Furnish all Labor, Parts, Equipment, and Materials, to Remove existing Trane Heat Pump and Install a new (1) Trane 3-ton 460 - 3 phrase 14 seer Heat Pump, ( Model # 4TWA4036A40000) unit to match current size unit in place. Brand Name or Equivalent. o Install (1) Trane 3-ton air handler, (1) Trane strip heater, (1) Trane thermostat, and cooling lines. Warranty: Minimum 5 Year Warranty. If bidding Equivalent equipment shall have the following minimum specifications.
