Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
As of October 7,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. CR Number: 2089130 Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate a 19,000 square foot area of the first floor and a small portion of the second floor of the existing building at 10 Gannett Drive, Johnson City NY 13790 in order to create a Library Collection Management Facility. The mechanical scope of work includes but is not limited to extend ductwork from the existing 40K CFM rooftop air handling unit to condition the new space(s). Extend hydronic heating piping to create new zones. Provide controls for new VAV boxes with reheat. Provide controls for existing exhaust fans and provide and install dampers for smoke evacuation system. Provide and install electric steam generator for duct mount humidifier. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 180 Calendar Days
