Sarasota County is requesting quotes from licensed pesticide dealers for Aquatic approved chemicals. Refer to the attached Quick Quote Requirements document for specifications for the following: Glyphosate 53.8% (No RoundUp label products) Aquatic approved) at 200 gallons Imazapyr 28.7%(Aquatic approved )at 120 gallons Diquat Dibromide 37.3% at 120 gallons Drift Control at 100 gallons Polyalkylenieoxide modified polydimethylsiloxane & nonionic surfactants 99% at 100 gallons 2,4-D 47.3% at 140 gallons D-Limonene, related isomers, and emulsifiers 100% (Aquatic approved) at 50 gallons Surfactant at 20 gallons Arsenal at 5 gallons Garlon at 5 gallons Impel Red at 23 gallons Delivery Requirements: Chemical quantities shall be delivered to Sarasota County Field Operations, 8781 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL 34241, between 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Delivery shall be Free On Board (FOB) destination. The date and time of delivery shall be determined by mutual agreement upon approval of the Purchase Order. Total Bid Price to include delivery charges. Dealer Pesticide License is required. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price. DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method. Line item quantities represent estimated needs. Sarasota County may at its sole discretion purchase additional quantities at the unit price quoted during the 30-day period following the award of this Quick Quote.
