Consideration of Award of Contract August 25, 2022 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Sept 1, 2022 Completed study Sept 2023 Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide professional engineering services for the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District Supply and Demand Study Update (Study). The purpose of this study is to provide engineering services for the update of the District's existing Supply and Demand Study completed in 2016 and amended in 2017. The Consultant shall ensure that the following tasks are performed and shall perform any related work necessary to accomplish the tasks outlined herein. The consultant shall include in their SOQ any proposed additions to the tasks identified below to demonstrate a thorough understanding of goals associated with the study update as well as to demonstrate increased value to the effort. The professional engineering services provided as part of this request for statements of qualification shall, at a minimum, provide the following: Weber Basin Water Consevancy District Supply and Demand Study Update. Responses to questions or any other information, which in the sole judgment of the District may be of value to all interested parties, will be posted in the Public Notices section of the District's website at the location where this RFSQ can be downloaded. Verbal questions will be accepted only as a means of assisting in clarifying a written question before submittal. The Owner reserves the right to request a Consultant to clarify any part of their statement. Response(s) to such requests must be made in writing and will become part of the SOQ. Unsolicited supplementary information and materials received after the deadline will not be considered in the evaluation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
