The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for a Commercial Security Camera & Alarm System and Two-Door Security Key Fob Access to the Seward County Health Department. Bids will be presented to the Board of Seward County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on August 15, 2022. Pricing should include all labor, wire, hardware and travel necessary for turnkey installation. Hardware and installation of two door access control system with 40 keyfobs included. Hardware and installation of Digital Mega-Pixel camera system with inferred night vision, 16 ch NVR (allowing for additional cameras in the future), power supplies, connectors, and wire. All cameras to be hardwired for reliability. 10 Cameras at this time; 3 hallways, 2 in each staircase (4 total), 3 outside doors. Cameras also set up in each sub department's computer so personnel can see camera activity from desks. Access control cloud storage to alleviate need for on site server.
