Renovation of a municipal facility in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This scope of work for this project consists of completing a build for the installation of a new retaining wall replacing an existing damaged steel BIN wall. The Proponent's scope of work includes the following: Site visit to understand the scope of work for detailed engineering Supply of materials and equipment Preparation of surfaces Remove the existing gate and guards Remove the existing steel BIN wall Remove the slab on grade as much as need to accommodate retaining wall footing Excavate as much as required to accommodate the wall Form and place concrete for the retaining wall as per drawing Repair the slab on grade as per drawing Backfill as per drawing Re-install the gate and guards on top of the new wall. Documentation including preparing As-built drawings Delivery on site, installation, and all required permits Documents can be obtained from https://sylvanlake.bidsandtenders.ca/
