The District of Kent (District) is seeking the services of a qualified environmental consulting firm (Consultant) for the development and implementation of a receiving environment monitoring program for the Mount Woodside Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The program will ensure the District is compliant with its permit requirements and the Fraser River's water quality is not negatively impacted by the discharge. The Consultant's services will include the creation of a receiving environment monitoring program for the Mount Woodside WWTP, as well as implementation of the program (testing and reporting) for a five-year period, 2022 through 2026 inclusive. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
